The Catholic School Council is an advisory body whose mission is to enhance the education of our children in a faith-centered environment in partnership with the school, parish, community and home.

Ms. Sasha Stone

Current Catholic School Council Chair, seeking continued elected position.

Ms. Gina Bissember

Served as Secretary of the Catholic School Council for approximately 3 years. I have worked with an Indigenous organization for 20 years in Toronto.  I would like to continue to be a part of the Catholic School Council to support the school and community.

Ms. Jo-Ann Fernando 

Served on the Catholic School Council for many years.  I work in healthcare and have 3 students at Sir Richard W. Scott CES.

Ms. Gabriella Selvarajah

I have served as Catholic School Council co-Chair at SFX school. I am interested in an elected position on Sir Richard W. Scott Catholic School Council.   I am interested in being engaged in the school community.  My occupation is Strategic Enrolment Management Consultant at Centennial College and am a part time faculty.  

Ms. Eleanor Rosario 

I am a teacher in the YCDSB.  I have served on the Catholic School Council for 14 years.  I am an active member of Blessed Ozanam Parish, and coordinate the altar server ministry and am a lector there.

I have served on Sir Richard W. Scott Catholic School Council for the past 5 years in several capacities

I have served on Sir Richard W. Catholic School Council and support the school’s hot lunch program.  I have lots of experience with organizing events for the school.

I am an active volunteer with several organizations and within the community.
