Get ready for a fun filled week of musical activities starting Monday, March 23rd, 2026 ending Friday, March 27th, 2026 with our School Dance-a-thon! This fun-filled week of music and school spirit will help raise funds to directly support and enrich our students’ learning success.
How Your Support Helps
This year we have set a goal to raise $7500-$10,000 to assist Sir Richard W. Scott in funding various activities. Funds raised will be used to support student learning and classroom experiences. All the funds raised are used for student-centric learning offerings.
Donation Information
- We are aiming for $50 per student, but all contributions are greatly appreciated.
- Students are encouraged to seek support from close family and friends (For safety reasons, please do not go door to door to request donations.)
- With March Break approaching, it is a great opportunity to ask family and friends for their support.
Dance Information/Class Prizes
- The week of March 23rd to 27th, 2026
- Music Spirit Week! Which will include a Made in the Shades Day, Floral Friday, Throwback Thursday
- We will also have daily music trivia with the winning classes getting extra recess!
- There will be a daily “Flash Mob” dance during recess on the days leading up to the dance!
- There will be school wide incentives:
*$2500 No Homework Weekend
*$5000 + P.J Day
*$7500 + Movie Day
*$10,000 +Dress Down and Double Recess
There will also be a pizza lunch for the top 3 fundraising classes (based on the average of money fundraised per student).
